That's right. At the ripe old age of 28, Katy Beam as decided to leave Metavante, and take a break from the fast paced life for a while. Last night, Annie Richards threw a "semi-retirement" party for Katy which was a smashing success, complete with camp fire, good company, and excellent food.
During the next week, we'll be planning some of the details of the trip to England. So far, here's the itinerary:
-Fly into Aberdeen, in Scotland. Spend a couple days there.
-Drive down to New Castle, and spend a night at a nice Bed & Breakfast.
-Arrive in London the next day, and see the sights. We'll also be hooking up with one of Justin's co-workers, Kerry Taniguchi, who happens to also be in London.
-We'll then make our way up the west coast of the UK, staying at B & B's in Southport, Carlisle, and Glasgow
-Ending our trip, we'll fly out of Aberdeen after staying a couple more nights.
It's gonna be a fun trip. We can't wait!
